At American Family Care (AFC) suffered from a PHI data breach incident that affected 7,200 patients.
The compromised information included name, medical record number, date of birth, and gender.
No Social Security numbers, medical information, Driver’s license numbers, or insurance information were exposed.
American Family Care investigated the incident and took prevantive steps to containe the attack.
