The surge was driven in part by exploited vulnerabilities in widely used platforms, including Magento and WordPress, as well as a significant data leak at a dental software provider.

Of the reported incidents, 25 involved public sector organizations, highlighting broader cybersecurity challenges across both private and government entities.
