ActewAGL by mistake sent bundles of bills addressed to other utility customers to around 400 electricity, gas and water customers.

This massive privacy breach affecting 6000 customers in the ACT and NSW.

Soon after the discover of the breach ActewAGL set up a taskforce to respond to affected customers.
