In the wake of the 000Webhost data breach, over 13.5 million client records of the Lithuanian company were made public.
Passwords in plain text, email addresses, IP addresses, last names, and usernames are among the personal information made public by the hack.
According to the organization, while the entire database has been compromised, the compromised client information is the main cause for concern.
The IT team at 000webhost Free Hosting has instituted encryption and changed all users' passwords to random values in reaction to the event.
